This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on official-cool.com.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site's operators.

2. Cookies we use

Our founder-list page is intentionally lightweight. As it currently stands:

Strictly necessary / technical: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set essential cookies or use similar technologies to deliver the site securely and protect against malicious traffic. These do not require consent as they are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested.
Third-party (form submission): when you submit the founder-list form, your request is sent to Mailchimp, which may set its own cookies as part of processing the subscription. This occurs only when you actively submit the form.

We do not currently use advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics cookies that track you across sites. [TO COMPLETE — update this section if analytics or other tracking is added before launch.]

3. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is being set. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works.

4. Changes to this policy

As the project grows toward launch, we may add functionality (such as analytics) that introduces new cookies. If so, this policy — and, where required, a consent banner — will be updated accordingly.
